The Anti Fraud Initiative

As long as organic markets exists, fraud is an issue. It is about food, it is more expensive, has a label on it that guarantees that it is produced according to a certain standard, the difference cannot be seen on the outside. 

Fraud is indicated as one of the biggest threats to the organic market. Scandals seriously undermine the public's confidence in organic, and set back the market. That would be unfortunate because it is a consumer driven food system that has many advantages for the people and the planet.
